Eugenio Tarabini

Master's degree in Law and Business Administration from the University "Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" of Milan, and Certified Public Accountant. During the course of his professional career, he has worked at international firms in corporate consulting to industrial and financial companies, with particular regard to international taxation issues.

He mainly carries out consulting activities for industrial companies with particular regard to transfer pricing, international taxation and corporate finance issues. He is a senior manager of the Firm, member of the HLB International’s Leadership transfer pricing team, and takes care of the development of relations between the Firm and international member firms belonging to the network.

He has assisted major domestic and foreign industrial groups for the purposes of transfer pricing regulations, in the context of tax litigation, in accessing Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP), in defining Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and in obtaining tax benefits, including the "patent box," from the feasibility study to the negotiation stage.

He has worked as a tax consultant in Luxembourg, dealing mainly with international taxation issues related to financial transactions and corporate restructuring.

He holds the position of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of industrial companies.
