Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Palermo , Master's degree in domestic and international tax law, at INFOR - Training School S.p.a in Milan , Management Training Course for Health Company Director at POLIS Lombardy - Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, currently holds the position of General Manager of a private hospital accredited with the NHS.

He is of counsel of the Firm and has gained significant experience in national and international firms in advising on VAT and direct taxes of SMEs and companies belonging to multinational groups.

He currently deals with the main issues related to the management of private health care facilities and pertaining to issues of health and safety at work, the development of organizational models for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231 and, more generally, corporate compliance.

He holds and has held the position of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies of industrial and commercial companies.
